He is an Engineering and Management professional with over 30 years of rich and diverse experience across multiple sectors. His career began with a strong technical foundation, spending the first 10 years working with private companies, a public sector enterprise, and serving the Indian Army as a Technical Officer, where discipline, systems thinking, and leadership shaped his professional ethos.

Over the next 18 years, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and leading two private limited companies along with several proprietary ventures. This phase gave him deep exposure to business strategy, operations, technology deployment, and people management.

Today, his primary focus is on sharing his knowledge, experience, and insights to help engineers achieve high-income growth and happy living.

As an engineer himself, he observed a recurring and critical challenge in the engineering community—low performance, job dissatisfaction, disengaged engineering students, and unemployment. Through decades of observation and hands-on experience, he identified the root cause as mindset misalignment. Many engineers struggle to align themselves with their profession, purpose, and potential.

He now dedicates his work to mentoring engineers toward clarity of purpose, fulfilling careers, joyful living, and sustainable high-income growth.

Over the years, he also noticed that a vast amount of technical resources remain idle, underutilized, or poorly utilized—primarily due to lack of awareness, guidance, and support from suppliers or manufacturers. This insight led to the creation of a powerful opportunity for engineers to emerge as “Technical Resource Utilisation Experts (TRUE®)”, transforming them into Leaders who can create value by optimizing and monetizing technical resources.

This realization shaped his Vision and Mission.

Through his transformative Engineers’ Growth Program, built on the Holistic Life Design framework and the TRUE Growth Model, he empowers engineers to unlock their full potential—not only in their careers but across all vital dimensions of life. His approach nurtures balanced growth in health, wealth, relationships, recreation, contribution, and spirituality, creating well-rounded, fulfilled individuals who thrive both professionally and personally.
